“The first thing I have learned is how to control my anger and how to communicate more with my family and spend more time with my mom. At first, I thought this was pointless, but in the end I realized that it actually helped my relationship a lot with my mom. I learned how to treat my family and others with respect. I will keep on working on my self-control and respect skills from SFP”-Youth Participant

“I have definitely noticed change over the past 16 weeks. I just can’t thank the SF staff and program enough for putting these tools back in me as well as assisting us in strengthening our family” -Adult Participant
………………………………………………………………..
“I feel differently now about it. My mom and me have such a better relationship now. I feel like I can talk freely to my mom about anything. I learned how not to blame and how to accept criticism” -Youth Participant
