EP Project: Las Plumas FNL is implementing Parent Committed, a program where officers and club members educate parents about underage drinking in Butte County. Their most recent presentation was to Las Plumas High School PTSA.

School Climate Project: Las Plumas High School FNL is putting on the I Dare You Project for their School climate Project. The I Dare you Project challenges students at Las Plumas High School to do random acts of kindness. Each week students are challenged to complete a new dare.

Biggs FNL

Meeting Times: Meets during lunch on Wednesdays in the counseling room

EP Project: Biggs FNL is implementing Parent Committed, a program where officers and club members educate parents about underage drinking in Butte County.

School Climate Project: Biggs High School Friday Night Live is putting on the You’re Worth It Campaign, which is a campaign where students write encouraging words on a card that is later put on student lockers.

Gridley High FNL

Meeting Times: Meets during lunch at 12:20 every Tuesday at the Live Spot

EP Project: Gridley High School FNL is implementing Parent Committed, a program where officers and club members educate parents about underage drinking in Butte County.

School Climate Project: Gridley High School Friday Night Live is putting on the Make My Day Campaign. Students from Gridley High School write compliments to someone who they think would enjoy a compliment. Compliments are then prepped and sent out the following Monday morning.

Pleasant Valley FNL

 

Meeting Times: Wednesdays at lunch in room B-1

EP Project: Pleasant Valley FNL is implementing Parent Committed, a program where officers and club members educate parents about underage drinking in Butte County. PV FNL members are working in conjunction with Athlete Committed to present Parent Committed toolkits at Athlete Committed Code Nights. PV Friday Night Live’s goal is to educate parents on how they can help the fight in limiting youth access to alcohol by being a “Parent Committed”.

School Climate Project: Pleasant Valley Friday Night Live is currently implementing their “Challenge Month” school climate project. This project features a weekly challenge for the month of February that students must complete to earn points towards gift basket prizes. Students who wish to participate can do so by visiting the Friday Night Live booth outside of the counseling office on the dates listed below:

2/3/16: Compliment a Friend Challenge

2/10/16: Teacher Appreciation Challenge

2/17/16: Bag Tag Challenge

2/24/16: The challenge winners will be announced!

The goal of this project is to spread a more positive and connected feeling among students on the Pleasant Valley High School Campus!

Meeting Times: Wednesdays at lunch in room A-207 for freshman, and in room B-9 for upperclassmen

EP Project: Chico High School FNL is implementing Parent Committed, a program where officers and club members educate parents about underage drinking in Butte County.

School Climate Project: Chico High FNL is putting on The Compliment Zone for their School Climate Project. The Compliment Zone is a project where officers and members try to implement an event each month based around compliments towards themselves or other students.
